  • Remaining balance is due prior to or on the event date

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Client-initiated cancellations may forfeit deposits
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability
  • Force majeure events may result in rescheduling or credit

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide safe operating conditions
  • Ensure adequate space and power
  • Obtain venue permission for equipment use

Limitation of Liability

ASG Events LLC is not responsible for:
